About the VMS programme
The UFI-VMA Venue Management School is part of the UFI Certified Professional programme.
UFI joined forces with the Venue Management Association (VMA) in Australia to develop this innovative training programme, which is tailored to meet the specific requirements of venue managers.
The VMS provides participants with an outstanding learning environment as well as valuable networking opportunities. After the final exam, graduating students are invited to a gala dinner to receive their graduation certificates.
Key modules covered by the three-day programme include: security and crisis management, leadership for venue managers, human resources, effective customer care, event operations planning, venue marketing for managers and much more.
The VMS programme is a foundation programe of the UFI Certified Professional (UCP) designation. The VMS offers participants 20 UCP credit hours.
