Exhibition Organizers. The basic subscription fees are calculated according to a sliding scale based on the net rented area of all the fairs organized.
For the period 2009-10, the minimum subscription is 2,500 euros and the maximum is 18,000 euros.

Exhibition Centres. The basic subscription fees are calculated according to a sliding scale based on the total gross exhibition space of the venue(s). For the period 2009-10, the minimum subscription is 2,500 euros and the maximum is 18,000 euros.

Exhibition Organizers and Exhibition Centres. In this case, members belong to both categories and pay a reduced fee for each.

Associations. The subscription fee is based on the annual turnover and the number of fulltime employees. The cost of subscription ranges from 1,200 euros to 2,000 euros.

Associations. All other UFI member associations that do not fulfill the criteria for full member associations are included here. The same pricing system applies: according to turnover and number of fulltime employees (see above).

Service Providers: this category includes the companies or associations which conduct audits. The subscription fee is based on the annual turnover within the exhibition industry and ranges from 2,000 euros to 4,000 euros.

Partners of the Exhibition Industry: the cost of subscription depends on the size of the company. For the period 2009-10, there are three different rates which are applicable: 7,000 euros (basic subscription), 5,000 euros (small-size companies) and 2,000 euros (individual consultants).



For certain categories of members an admission fee is due in addition to the annual subscription fee, but on a once-only basis.

Members joining during the financial period pay a pro-rata temporis subscription.
